In terms of materials, what makes YOUNAI vertical pumps superior?

To handle corrosive medium, special materials including stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, super duplex stainless steel,titanium alloy, nickel, Monel, and hastelloy can be used. The vertical pump casing is designed to for a pressure of 16 bar. The discharge flange dimensions comply with DIN and ASME standards. On request pressure ratings above 16 bar, or high-temperature resistant, YOUNAI can also be supplied.

Advantages of YOUNAI Vertical Sulfuric Acid Pumps

The vertical sulfuric acid pump adopts the structure of a vertical single-stage single-suction submerged centrifugal pump design. Featuring an advanced design, an efficient hydraulics, and easy installation and maintenance. The upper shaft is supported by a double bearing frame, while the lower part is supported by a sliding bearing bushes and sleeves for stability. This superior construction enables smooth operation, low noise, minimal vibration, high efficiency, and long service life.

Moreover, for handling 93–98% concentrated sulfuric acid, YOUNAI has developed fuming acid pumps that effectively prevent SO₃ gas escape. Our high-temperature sulfuric acid pumps withstand extreme temperatures of 190–220°C. A cooling water circulation system around the bearing housing allows extended continuous operation and significantly enhances durability.
