Efficient by Design: Submersible Pumps

Take a look inside our workshop. These photos show the superior quality and precise workmanship of our submersible pumps. Every submersible pump results from an integrated optimization of its hydraulic model, mechanical structure, and key components— including sealing, cooling, protection, and control. This cutting-edge submersible pump design ensures high efficiency, long-term durability, and reliable operation. With versatile installation options available, our submersible pumps are suited for a wide range of applications.
Submersible pumps are used to guard against water accumulation and rising water levels in basements and other underground areas. This is especially critical during the rainy season, as sudden flooding poses a significant risk of property damage.
Through iterative CAD and CFD simulations, the YOUNAI submersible pump’s body, impeller, and flow path are finely tuned to an optimal design. This ensures an optimal match between the housing and impeller, along with wider flow paths that improve debris passage. High-precision machining results in smooth channels, while the impeller is strictly balanced to maximize efficiency and minimize vibration.
There are five installation methods for submersible pumps: automatic coupling installation, portable rigid pipe installation, portable hose installation, fixed wet installation, and fixed dry installation.

Protection Rating: IPX8
Stator Winding Insulation: Class F (with a maximum operating temperature of 155°C)
Built-in thermal protection elements in the windings enable motor protection via the control cabinet.
The cable supplied with our submersible pumps is the sewage-resisting heavy-duty rubber-jacket type. It offers excellent mechanical strength and oil-dirty resistance. The conductor cross-section and current-carrying capacity are rated at 40°C, higher than the industry standard of 25°C. It holds a sufficient margin with the current-carrying capacity and a longer lifespan.
Overheat protective element: Temperature-sensing elements that monitor motor windings and trigger automatic shutdown.
Water-leak probe: Probes that sense water ingress in the oil chamber or terminal box to prevent electrical faults.
Float switch: Liquid level sensors that monitor seal performance and activate alerts upon failure.
Lifter: Dedicated anchors or brackets designed for safe and convenient pump handling.
