Premium Titanium Pumps
YOUNAI has manufactured high-quality titanium Pumps specifically designed to meet the demanding needs of the chemical industry.

Titanium Pumps for Forced Circulation
Titanium axial flow pumps, also called elbow pumps, are designed to handle corrosive solutions with high flow rates at low head. YOUNAI manufactures premium titanium axial flow pumps for chlor-alkali plants, engineered to handle high-flow corrosive brine and caustic soda. Whether you need a titanium forced-circulation pump for evaporators or a titanium brine pump for salt production, our optimized hydraulic design combined with TA2/TA9 grade titanium delivers greater efficiency, reliability, and corrosion resistance in high-chloride corrosive media.

Advanced design combined with high-quality materials guarantee extended pump lifespan and low maintenance costs.

Outstanding corrosion resistance, broad applicability – high flow, high pressure, high temperature, vacuum or compression.
The Craft Behind Every Titanium Pump We Build
Our in-house expertise covers the full production process, from titanium casting and welding to surface finishing, giving us precise control over quality at every stage.
We are equally demanding when it comes to the people behind our pumps. Every technician on our production floor is carefully selected and trained to meet our internal standards.
Each major component, like the large titanium elbow shown here, is fabricated and welded in-house before undergoing a rigorous inspection process.

Titanium Welding You Can Rely On
Every welded titanium component goes through a strict multi-step inspection:
- Appearance inspection.
- 10% radiographic testing (RT) of circumferential welds, certified to Grade III standard.
- Penetrant testing (PT) of the base welds.
Post-weld surface color is one of the most reliable indicators of weld quality in titanium fabrication. At YOUNAI, every titanium pump leaves our workshop with a silver-white finish — the benchmark for highest-grade titanium welds.

Titanium presents significant welding challenges due to its tendency to absorb gases and form chemical compounds with other elements, form cracks, and generate porosity. At YOUNAI, our welding employees hold professional certificates for welding industrial pure titanium and titanium alloys. YOUNAI also employs advanced welding technology, utilizing high-performance TIG welders like the WS-400B model, equipped with high-frequency arc starting and current decay functions to ensure superior weld integrity.
Quality Standard: Castings feature smooth surfaces, without cracks or cold shuts, and precise dimensional accuracy per design.
Pressure Integrity Verification: Centrifugal pump casings and housings undergo X-ray inspection and a sustained pressure test (5 MPa for 10 min). High-pressure titanium pump bodies are tested at 24 MPa pressure for 30 min without leakage.
High-precision complex components: Even for complex components like titanium liquid ring vacuum pump impellers, we achieve a casting tolerance grade of CT8.
Raw Material Verification: TA2, TA9, and TA10 titanium stock is verified by PMI testing before entering production.
Casting Inspection: Pump casings undergo PT and UT to detect any surface cracks and internal cavities. X-ray radiographic testing (RT) is applied to all critical welds and pressure-bearing components.
Pressure Testing: Centrifugal pump casings are hydrostatically pressure-tested under overload conditions to ensure zero leakage.
Final Performance Testing: Every titanium pump undergoes a complete factory acceptance test (FAT) prior to shipment, covering flow rate, head, efficiency, vibration, and noise level, ensuring full compliance with contractual specifications.
For decades, we have dedicated ourselves to the manufacturing of high-quality titanium pumps, including titanium centrifugal pumps, titanium axial flow pumps, titanium liquid ring vacuum pumps, and titanium plunger pumps. Our expertise in titanium welding, combined with rigorous inspection and testing of titanium castings, ensures every titanium pump meets the highest standards. Trusted by numerous chemical industry partners, YOUNAI provides reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness solutions to help you achieve consistent performance and pumping success.
We provide a one-stop solution for successfully pumping corrosive fluids, supported by a range of related titanium products, including readily available titanium flanges, specialty titanium valves, and mechanical seal flush support systems.
The lower density of titanium explains the weight difference. Specific grades include:
Industrial Pure Titanium (TA2): 4.51 g/cm³
Stainless Steel (e.g., 304/316): 7.93 g/cm³
Carbon Steel: 7.85 g/cm³
Identical in size, a titanium pump weighs roughly 57% of one made from stainless steel.
